1st was a black and white condor Pista, Rapha clad rider (purple top).
2nd Brown Surly, rider gave me a surly look when I shouted do a skid!

A Mercian conversion propelled by feet shod in Shimano SPD sandals on Goodge Street about 8am. I thought they were just a fairytale made up by Sheldon Brown to scare small children.

cg5154, pootling along Queen Victoria Street at 8am, bartape fluorescing (sp?) in the morning drizzle... Jonny's mate (John?) about 5 mins later in the same spot... I was having a fag outside... In other news, I can now park my bike in the building I'm actually working in, as opposed to half a mile away!!!!!! Bright times... :)

Youngish geezer on tourer (taped over, probably a nice bike underneath) trying to tear up Holborn (to not much avail truth be told, I was pottering along without much discernable difference in our progress)... he had the little rear-view mirror on his specs and THOSE SPD SANDALS
why am I telling you this I don't know. He was riding like a bit of a plum.
