Risers for 25.4 Stem Clam + road Bike Cross top levers?

Hey where can i get some Riser Bars for a 25.4 mm Quil Stem & that will take some of those Cane creek Cross top levers for a Road Biike?

all the Risers seem to be "mountain Bike' risers and the bars are to thin out where the brake levers go?

what is everyone else using? a shim or can you get bars like that?

have have a cross top leaver on my Nitto risers. i use a shim tho (well, just the rubber bits you get with the lever.. its fine)
