Just removed these Campag aero levers when splitting the Merckx (note can also be used with the cable exciting the top of the lever as well as the cleaner aero way). Black hoods and silver levers. Levers themselves are unscratched and I had thought that the hoods too were excellent but on removing them I noticed that one has a score on it, not all the way through but I'd never noticed it before. That aside, the hoods are supple and not worn smooth. The levers have a quick release on them for changing a wheel.
I don't think there are many of these around anymore, I certainly had a good search without any luck a couple of years ago. So not sure on price but will say £20 posted, can do photos if that helps
