Wanted: Cycling footwear (road cleat friendly)

UK Size 8 or 9.

Can't be doing with eggbeaters on my commute so want some road cleat friendly shoes.

I've some bits I could trade if preferred - off the top of my head these include 8spd 105 sti's and f+r mechs, HUGE brooks black leather sprung saddle, fizik saddle, retro purple anodized fred salmon bar ends, small retro cannondale beast-of-the-east frame...

Don't have shoes in that size to offer, but I'd be interested in the shifters. Any pics?

what size is the frame?

the frame is small - I'll get it down from the loft and have a measure. I was going to build it up as a s/s for my wife but she's not bothered so it's been in the loft since.

The shifters are at work. I'll get pics on Monday for you - I think they're 8spd - kind of a lighter grey with blue(?) rather than the current 10spd/9spd dark grey/black colour scheme

I've got some Lakes that i think are 10, might fit, as they are too tight on me and i normally take a 10, pretty good condition as i think i could only wear them twice before the pain got too much!

cool - you want to trade for anything or what sort of cash-money are you after?

My current list of stuff in my bikes-bit-box includes all mentioned above and, from the top of my head also - Cateye Vetra wireless computer thingy with sensors, crane creek bar ends, blue magura brake boosters, some profile bullhorn bars (quite big diameter tho), alu profile aero bars, thorn riser bars, Deore V brakeset in black, and a super-bright homemade frontlight setup with 2 li-ion batteries + charger (got to check this tho)

they're in my desk at work - pics 1st thing tomorrow - promise! I think they're stamped ST-1055 but I'll check again tomorrow. They came straight off a Cougar, into their jiffy bags and I completely forgot about them until the other week when a mate was looking for some 9spds...
