Firstly, thanks so much for volunteering!!!!

I'm just going to list the jobs I need doing here, if you could get back to me and tell me what you'd like to do that'd be great! I've added some of your names already, let me know if I got something wrong and you can't do something.

URGENT!!! Chalk Board Makers: Can someone please make me a chalk board or 4? It needs to show 32 team names down the side and then the brackets of play. I suggest scrap wood (from a dumpster) and chalkboard paint. I'm thinking it will hang on a basketball hoop maybe so it needs to be attachable and not too heavy. I can probably help with transportation if we organize it.

Stencil maker: I need a stencil that says LONDON CITY 0207-251-6999 that's approximately 3 or 4 inches in height and however long. Any graffitti artist's here?

Chaperoning Beer: We will have lots of beer but you will need to have a wristband from me to get any. This will actually have to be pretty strict to make sure that those participating and helping out get as much as they would like, I'm doing it in 1 hour shifts and no beer is to be given away until 11am at the earliest. I reckon 2 people working it at a time makes it more fun. Please tell me the hours you will cover 11am-7pm (we'll also need people to help get the leftovers into the van and over to the party)

DJ's: I'm still waiting to hear from Redbull what times they need people but we need fun, family friendly music, that's also cool. Doesn't have to be lame, anything from Metal to Motown to Hip Hop to Emo

Things I need: Giant buckets or coolers for beer, lots of zip ties, spray paint for stencil, chalk for the boards, gaffer tape, blue tack, ice, and a few handy Leathermen hanging around.

Claire is bringing leathermen and zipties. Claire, we need the zipties for friday, let's arrange separately.
