Please explain: Mental courier with dreads

Whos the crazy courier guy who stares at everyone he rides past. I used to see him riding from herne hill/camberwell/elephant way and just spotted him again this morning central. Hes great.

Black guy, beard, dreads, wears like addidas tracksuit bottoms n rides a geared bike, he rides like a fuckin maniac and just stares at people dead in the eye at traffit lights and when he goes pat em.

Hes the best character ive seen on a bike in London. Whats his story?? Someone must know him.

pretty sure the same dude blitzed past me on Vauxhall Rd heading away from Victoria on Tuesday evening. Fully caning it, no handed, staring at me whilst he went past. Ultra gnar points due to the amount of potholes on the road
