P!MP: There is an orange IRO Angus in Cavendish in my size that is winning my heart at the moment, F&F only, so I can build it up exactly as I want.
Thinking all black components, short stem, risers, deep V wheelset, sugino cranks etc.
Single front brake (coz I'm a newbie) and the new Fisik saddle that came this week.

A build of your own is defo the way to go,its so much fun and you get a real sense of achivement. Am not familiar with your frame but it all sounds good. Was gonna go for deep V's myself but in the end went for a more trad look, not that V's are bad or anything, just that I wanted to keep my own build looking a bit more 70s.So went for thin Mavic rims, bit of a fuck up there really. Thought I ordered clinchers but they turned up as tubs, but am liking them now.
