Finally got them on the phone!
They didnt have my cranks in stock but are getting them in, they did offer me them with a bigger chainring option but was too big.
They are going to send out the bits they had today and send the rest when it arrives.
recieved an email confirming this 2 seconds before they answered the phone, typical!
Oh well looks like the new bike isnt going to be up and running till next week, i guess i'll have to survive untill then!
