Please explain: Mental courier with dreads

Theres an old boy who rides brakeless around Angel he doesn't go that fast but seriously he must be about 70 - 80, I give him a nod when I see him. He gives me a "I fought Hitler on a fixed and now you think you can ride one!" look. :D

Quality. I hope to be like that when I'm older. Apart from the 'having fought' bit.
