2008-07-30 - Rider Down, Sloane Street

I use my hearing to orientate myself to the traffic so I choose not to but I wouldn't dream of telling anyone else what to do from Sept in France where I live if I want to ride at night outside of the city center I now have to wear a reflective vest which I will now have to carry everywhere which is as a direct result of sanctimonious do-gooders

I spend quite a lot of time in France, not all of it on a bike. I hadn't heard of this. Please explain?

Edit to add - agree with hippy, ipod works on the long straight road, not in town.
