2008-07-30 - Rider Down, Sloane Street

I use my hearing to orientate myself to the traffic so I choose not to but I wouldn't dream of telling anyone else what to do from Sept in France where I live if I want to ride at night outside of the city center I now have to wear a reflective vest which I will now have to carry everywhere which is as a direct result of sanctimonious do-gooders

Again sorry, not wanting to spoil anyones fun. I guess it's more down to rider ability rather than if they are plugged in or not.
