I also think people riding with phones are asking for trouble.. usually the trouble starts when they decide to swerve in front of me, not bothering to look "oh there's no one behind me.. i can't hear anything". Dicks.
What's the legal stance with being hit whilst ipodding your little socks off? Surely a driver could use the 'cyclist's use of headphones' as some kind of excuse to bail on liability?
