Does "bobby" cover community support officers...? like the one's i saw this morning giving tickets to people jumping reds at the intersection of essex road and upper street?

seriously, how about they pull over cars at the intersection and check for out of date tax or rego, especially the private hire cars. surely they'd get quite a few in a couple hours.

Even just checking drivers' licenses/insurance would be just as profitable, as well as getting some of the liabilities off the roads.
