These look to be a development of the lady ada POV kits.
Good price, and only 60 grammes, if you used 2 AAA batteries at the hub they might not even be that bad.. I predict a large presence at all Critical Crashes throughout the winter. :-)
(The Lady ada ones required basic programming to display whatever you want.) -
