they're a no-name BMX brand of chain tug - I've had them on my Charge for the past 4 months - I picked them up from my LBS (Bristol Bike Workshop) for about £3
word of warning - you might have to grind down one of the spokes in the star as they take up a fair bit of the horizontal drop-out.
the bolts used to keep the tension also start to grind away at your drop-out.
that said, they do look pretty cool being a concentric stars to the sprockets on the back
