If you have the funds, Royce BBs work well with Campag tapers.
Not sure how well Phil Wood BB tapers fit, if they work, the steel variant can be obtained pretty cheaply from the states in any length axle also.
On my old bike I had a Sugino 75 which is meant to be an ISO taper. Cliff at Royce advised strongly against mating the two but I insisted. Within 1 MONTH I had a useless transmission. He said all along he knew his stuff was compatible with Campag....
