I thought this thread was going to be about some "north face wearing big shot" who cut you up causing some snapped spokes... :s
carry on...

can't help in the sense that I have never used one of their bags, but having owned a few of their jackets over the years, I regard the quality of North Face products to be pretty high, so I would imagine that goes for their bags too

Most NF stuff is pretty good, so if it ticks your boxes I'm sure it will be fine. One thing I'd look for in a bike bag for using around the city is waterproofness, which is one thing that's so good about courier bags. A waterproof backpack cover should do the trick though.

I had a NOrth face rucksack from 1998 - its** still** useable but the small zipps are temperamental.
Had a more modern one from 2004 - 2006, not as well made IMHO. flimsy materials, waterproofing wore away (and more ££s).
Now I use a deuter. -

I have a North Face Borealis from about 2000 that has led a hard, hard life and every zip, pocket, strap etc is still in perfect condition. Its been through the washing machine countless times too. Recommended.

i use a north face for running and it's a great fit and quite waterproof. Snow & Rock labled it wrong so I got it for £30 instead of £50, DEAL!

loads better than face north.
Hai guys and girls,
I'm in need of a new day pack and not being a fan of messenger style bags (just preference) I'm looking at the North Face Big Shot. Weird name but ticks all of my boxes regardless.
Anyone have any experience with them or North Face bags in general? Any responses or reviews greatly appreciated.
merci.
