i'm writing this with one hand (no, not like that). Halfway through the session i 'gracefully dismounted' whilst riding with my leg over the handlebars, and landing on my hand. hurt a little, but thought i'd ride it off. got a hell of a lot worse when at home in bed, so decided a trip to A&E was in order. Turns out i'd fractured my bloody arm. thankfully only along the bone and not across it. That means it shouldn't be too long before i'm back on the saddle! just as soon as the pain stops and i can move it!

btw - my bike was ok.

two weeks in and a real injury! Shit man. Sucky. Gonna come out for beers next week?

like i said. it could be worse. they didn't stick a cast on. just a sling and a shedload of painkkillers. but once they're finished i'll be resorting to alcohol. so i reckon i'll come along either way. if i can straighten it, i'll ride. if not, i'll drink. at least it's it's bent at the perfect angle!

well if it's any consolation I came a cropper trying my new tricks outside the pub last night infront of my friends. Looked like a right plum I did.

That spot is my favourite place to be in London be on a later summer Tuesday night: Everyone's stoked, there's no drama and the security guy is awesome when he could simply kick us out.
