hmm, just had an idea.
Its simple but, here's the rub, it's permanent and specific to you and your size.
because you wont have room for a seat clamp, why don't you braze on a seat tube ?
I'm assuming u can braze, otherwise tig weld it.
I'm also assuming the seat tube fits the 27mm set post you mentioned just now most of the way down, before the curve.
It's unusual to do that but i know "Rock Lobster" used to do it with extended seat tubes made to measure for the rider on MTB frames.
This will make the frame far less saleable in the future though since it will fit you only and probably no other.
anyway, just an idea
