  • lovely eveining.

    i am going to cm.

  • Well that was fun, particularly the woman who jumped out of her car at King's Cross having a fit of hysterics.

    Nice to meet you Skullhead.

  • really good cm this time round... I even shouted "arrospok" at someone on a really orange and white bike :) Probably gonna be my last one in a while, moving back to FInland next month, ya see.

  • The pump where he found the source of the London Cholera epidemic is close by. I'll wait for d0cA to weigh in here...

would have done, but someone beat me to it and i was on the mass. where were you, stompy?

anyway, was a good one: woman at kings X was class, and you can't beat a rave under smithfields ;-) best bit for me was bumping into some old friends at the foundry as the mass wound down riding towards east london. nice one everyone who made it :-)

  • Yeah, was an especially good one this time. Huge crowd, booming sound system, reasonably quicker pace. All good. Going through Holborn underpass was great fun!

Didn't see you there d0cA. Also lost Hillbilly, Seb, Ed, Teddy etc after like 10 mins. Did you guys shoot to the pub early?

  • I found Hillbilly, Seb, Ed et al at the pub by 8...:P

    Nice to meet you all!!!

  • yeah we headed to the jon snow after we got turned around by lincoln's inn. we thought it was time. i nearly got squashed by an angry taxi driver (literally about an inch to spare) as he sped by us. but fun night out. good seeing everyone.

  • A mob of bicyclists riding in Seattle with the monthly Critical Mass demonstration injured a motorist after an altercation.

Far out man, those guys are freaking hard core. F*ck that.....wasn't there for it....but not really in the spirit, is it??

  • I feared for Teddy's life at Theobald's road when we got halted. Shite.

    Good to meet you cliveo.

What was with the man shoving some young lad at Russell Sq? anyone? (think I saw one or two of these lads at polo yesterday) He seemed like your classic suit-with-bee-in-bonnet (and snivelling c*nt he was too). I had to defend their honour as this old dear (who said she had survived a collision with an HGV where a friend was killed) banging on at me about riding on pavements RLJ and kids being abusive. grrr. I left her with a slightly better attitude.

Personally I thought it was a bit messy and annoying. I don't go on the mass to hold traffic up (and my bike over my head) so Oxford St and Picadilly just seemed stoopid places to be riding. Maybe not. I just wish it would actually GO somehwere for once. Then again I was a bit ill so that might account for my being moody. Yep I found lotsa early splitters at the JS, can't have been as early as 8 though.

As I was ill I really shouldn't have blasted round the Isle of Dogs, a bit pissed, at midnight with picco. But It sure as hell was more fun than dawdling around waving my bike in the air and shit.
