Advice wanted on SPD pedals

does anyone know the difference between the atac xs and the roc? Was thinking of spending that sort of price (£60) but was wondering if its worth it

I like the cheaper ones because the springs are steel, and the tension adjustment is pretty redundant. I doubt the bushing/bearing quality is much/any better in the mid-range models...?
