  • Looks like a blast. Hope I'm around that weekend.

  • I am really beginning to regret going on holiday.

The list of events I am missing is starting to get downright silly. SILLY, I SAY.

And I don't even like hot fucking countries.

  • hot fucking? You sure?

  • do you pay just to enter the competitions?

  • All of that and Rollapaluza too....I'm in!!!

  • reged

  • Is the friday race a bit easier going and the saturday race really hardcore? I gather that you need a bag and a notepad to be involved, right? Anything else?

    First timer.

  • bag, manifest, bike, lock, beer, cash, other drugs

  • Hello All.

All you'll need for both races will be a bag and a pen but most couriers carry a clipboard or something to write on. The Friday race will be a bit shorter than the Saturday race but as if I haven't said enough about the prizes there will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for both male and female in both races. Top prizes for the Friday race include an Ambrosio Wheelset, Goldtec Hubs and lots more so well worth sticking your toe down for.

All the action kicks off at The Foundry, Old Street tomoro night from 6 O'clock where you can register, pick up your t-shirts and get the lowdown on what else is going on. For info the after-party tomoro night will be at Andre Street, Hackney, E8...

Registration is £20 and this gets you into all the events and both parties plus your LC t-shirt (otherwise £12). We'll look to ask £5 to race each race and £5 on the door at the parties and also same for entry into the Rollapaluza if you don't manage to register on Friday...

  • Whereabouts do the messenger olympics take place? Have I totally missed where it says?

  • whoop!

    dougie, check the website

  • Foundry for beers is the new (temporary) Friday centrals.

    See yous there.

  • i am gonna ride up tut foundry in a bit.

  • Lost my schedule of events in all the excitement last night. Where does the Tour de Ville race start from?

  • London Fields in Hackney

    '2pm sharp' so say 3-4 ;)

  • Really fun ride this afternoon. Pretty long and hard, and I got done for £30 by the rozzers for jumping a red on the final leg back to the Foundry. His exact words were: "that wasn't a close amber, that was just mental". Rolled home ninth, which I was very happy with.

  • 18th, first race. Stoked. Can't wait for the next.

  • gutted. Been in glasgow fri-sat. hope it went well darren!
