A close friend of mine was a bit skint and had a bad tooth ache, I know this sounds like an urban myth but I promise it's true. So she drank a bottle of whiskey, went to her garage , got a pair of pliers and pulled out the bad tooth herself! Fuck, there is no way I could do that no matter how bad the pain.
