I'm worried about location thought, how much area is enough without being too big? Soho sound decent, less traffic light (thus, less worried of jumping red and getting caught by the plod), narrow twisty street, quite a lots of us know the area reasonably well, pubs nearby when we finish for the day, but people walking about might be an issue, and could actually cause harms.
