tags, you know "tags, you're it", basically one day everyone who's not working/busy must wear a yellow band on their arm, if you see one having a yellow armband, you must tag him/her, and they have to wear a red one to show that they're 'tagged', only the red one can tag people, the yellow one don't tags, they're simply victim waiting to be raped.
a bit of a cat & mouse games, not sure how it'd work considering the area might be big (unless we limited it to says, Soho), and people walking on road might be an issue, but it's an idea after all, I wonder if it possible to developed it, or if it too inconvenience to make a games out of it.
