Expense Claims

I've just been told I might be able to claim back 'travel expenses' for my commute. (Hurrah!) Does anyone know what the going rate is, per mile? So far the closest I've got is this:

• but it looks like it might not be quite up-to-date. Bloody Inland Revenue don't seem to have a quick and easy way of finding out. I shall continue to trawl...
