Are you into clever and satisfying vignettes? I am.

Here's one that's great:

"The young sow wild oats; the old grow sage."

Clever and satisfying.

I do, thought I don't know where to look for those kind of vignettes, I usually like simple quotation such as this;

"The reason why the sun never sets on the British Empire is because God doesn't trust the British in the dark"

A bit tongue-in-cheek if you must.
