The guy with the MJ tattoo must be confident the joke's got long legs. At what point did that one go past its sell-by?
I love topical tattoos, the permanence of the form outlasting the meaning of the design.

These sort of tatts are not really there for us to associate with the content.. they are used more as a safety warning to the masses, ie. "Avoid me - I am stupid".
