You might want to check that the exposed bit of the broader part of the bar by the side of the stem is long enough to take the whole width of the clamp on your Dirty Harrys. If you try to clamp where the bar turns or starts to taper you may run into trouble (as I did). Then you have a choice of shimming or fitting a 22.2 lever further out.
