Don't try to hide behind the Jonny foreigner bollocks; not having a great command of English is nither here nor there; its all about attitiude- something BLB seem to have in spates. On almost all of my visits there, I've found the attitude of most the staff objectionable. They should thank their lucky stars they have such a captive (HHSB) audience.
