Thanks for the comments peps, i stand corrected and just want some guidance/tips on the kit to use when converting what was a derailer specced bike to a FIXED animal, best wheels to get hold of, hubs, etc, are their shops in London that have the relevant stock of Fixed parts ?
you'd be best off just getting a different frame if you wanna go fixed. you could go single speed with a chain tensioner on that frame easily enough.
if you're really desperate to convert that frame to fixed then look up the white industries eno eccentric rear hub. £££ though...
cavendish cycles, brixton cycles, condor, and brick lane bikes are where you'll find the kit. it's often cheaper online though.
as for recommendations, give us some more info. how much do you want to spend? what are you using it for? how concerned are you about looks? etc...
