havent made it to Tokyo yet but theres a lot of track bike action here in Osaka. checked out the following place which was good

Rene who runs the place is ex Melbourne which makes communication a lot easier (lots of "interesting" experiences trying to get directions from locals over the last few days) but he can get hold of most NJS parts and has more than a few frames lying around.
