"folk" would attach brakes to make riding on the "Queens highway" a little easier.
First you say you saw somebody riding a brakeless conversion, then you say "youd have to remove the brakes from a conversion"
I dont get it.
If your riding brakeless, of course you need to remove brakes to make a bike brakeless. but not if you just want to ride it.
Go and rehearse some logic and come back.
