Thanks to everyone for the words of comfort. Yes, there was genuinely all that stuff in there and a Paul cross-top lever that I'd forgot about, I tend to carry this strange smattering of bits about that relate to various things I'm working on so I can pull em out when discussing things to cross-polinate/inspire new ideas. Weird maybe, but true. It has though been suggested to me that for my next bag I should just hang a gold brick from a length of string, less valuable and slightly lighter if not quite as functional.
I worked out the graphic with Naomi Rider, who embroidered it, so yes, it's definitely unique. The gutting thing is that the police reckon chances are it'll get dumped!!! Bastards!!! Anyway I'm keeping my eyes peeled and will post an update here if I recover it, just to avoid being hit from behind by a screaming, if well meaning aussie.
