A friend of mine has just phoned to regale me with the story of his first major bail- foot out of spud, foot goes in front of pedal, bike rotates around now stationary foot-on-ground.
Destroyed- rear mech, rear mech hanger, rear wheel, cranks, helmet.
Can you assist with any of the above (apart from the mech- I had a spare)?
