People are showing interest and asking for prices (and then not getting back to my replies) both here on this thread, in private messages, by phone and by email !! It is surprisingly hard to correlate who wants what and who was first ! !! ?!? !

Life would be so much easier if everyone just asked here in this thread, instead of spreading this whole sorry mess out across as many forms of communication as possible !
