In a word, no.
Cheap Sugino cranks are indeed JIS, but run a shorter spindle (generally 103mm as they are reworked road cranks).
Top notch Sugino (75, Grand Mighty) are ISO and will sit too far out on the standard 110mm FSA/RPM BB.
The 75 sits well on the Miche BB, which is cheap as chips.
