My Ti Raleigh, even though it's a road frame, has such a nice ride i'm almost tempted not to sell it. If they made one as a track frame i'd have it over the Condor Pista i have any day just because it's so much more comfortable. Having said that, i can't afford a Ti track frame and only got the Raleigh because it was badly listed on t'bay. It's similar geometry but such a different ride feeling.

You're comparing road and track frames though. 'Similar' geometry doesn't quite cut it.
XACD are the cheap Chinese place (i think) where lots of Aussies used to get full custom ti builds done for stupid cheap. Mate had mtb from them for quite a few years before finally breaking it.

XACD is where setavento got theirs made, and pipedream/dialled bikes and i think people like cotic and maybe even charge?
not that cheap either to be honest, similar price to the burls, i have a few freinds who have gone direct and savd but spent a huge amount of time back and forth and trying to get over the language barrier.
there arent 'that' many ti factorys over there, they all just have different names and work out the same building

dialled bikes did not have their frames made by XACD or any other factory in china.
they were made in taiwan.
for various reasons dialled do not use chinese factories. -

In Australia. I don't know what they are like now nor the shipping costs to the UK but getting one built and shipped to Oz was massively different in price (like 50% cheaper) from any OTP ti frames available and this is for a full custom frame.

I don't know where you are getting your prices from..
£930 for a Burls frame vs. £220 for XACD according to this guy:
http://www.anothercyclingforum.com/index.php?topic=12833.15pretty big difference (even with postage and duty added)!

The Burl frame on HubJub looks really nice, just a bit pricey though.

£850 for Burls track (£930 was for road). XACD is still £200 cheaper to your door and like I said, the difference was much bigger in Oz, though it was 4 years ago.
