Geared Ride: Sat 28th, Kentish Loop, 8.30am

Did anyone ride this yesterday?

By the way, a 45 year old cyclist crashed on Toys Hill earlier today, air ambulance and everything. Crashes even happen in Kent. Hope the rider is Ok, there's no further news so far.

i did. with my friend jon. did toys steep side. 50 miles, left at 8am, back home by 11.30.

this was on last saturday but probably won't be on this saturday because i have a drinking commitment on the friday night with workmates. if this changes i will bump the thread.

no worries. might have to use the crappy weather get out clause anyway. current forecast is strong gusts and heavy showers

That said, you guys rode 600 kms in three days last week including some cobbled sections. A little bit of wind and rain shouldn't bother you!

getting really soaked takes all the fun out of riding. it sucks. getting a wet ass is the pits.
