  • blackfriars cafe on blackfriars road, 3 mins from southwark tube. was the caf opposite my student halls, did hilariously good brekkies and insane student discounts. and they knew my name without me telling them. strange, but cool.

  • Used to go down the Sunshine Cafe on the Stroud Green Road a LOT about 4-5 years ago but stopped cos I got fat, cue my re-introduction to riding.

  • Ive livedd in and around camden / KT for about 10 years and never knew it till very recently. Best poached eggs and proscuito this side of Napoli.

  • As Jos mentioned 21 hours ago. ITALIA UNO. Especially on match days (serie A). 5£ gets you a proppa panino with chicken milanese and drink. Go downstairs and there is a dingy cinema where they show the games, big screen, shouting and munching. SI SI Signore!

    T bone cafe Belvedere. Both good food, cheap and friendly.

  • Oh also the Premises, Hackney road. Attached to the Premises studios, lots of emerging artists have eaten there. Is the closest caf to my part time job in London, absolutely top notch baked potatos and eggs benedict.

    i went there once when me and a few friends had stayed up all night at the halls round the corner....i think it was 7 o'clock,i walked out the halls with a can of fosters,walked up to the doors,put it down outside walked in and started drinking a cuppa.the bloke in there is cool,he seemed really intrested in what we had got up to the night before

  • Not open Sundays and avoid the sausages. But everything else is great and constant refills of the milkiest weakest coffee will ease you into the weekend. Its near the station on the way to tescos.
