would seriously enhance his non-athletic claims. a frame you could nibble on while waiting at lights???
I find Fixeds are better for pulling away at lights purely cause the power you transfer to the rear wheel without the give of a gear set. i don't get the confidence pushing all with all my strength on my geared bike, its not the best in the world and it has slipped. but i can put my whole body into pulling away on my fixeds and they respond.
