If the cunt answered the phone, the phone company certainly have a record of his aprox location at that time. The police can request access to this info, but won't unless [politely] pushed as tons paper works. Ask them to, provide your number, mates number, his phone company, and time of call. He would have sold the phone by now - but he may have been enough of a idiot to answer in his own home. Also mention this to insurance companies and phone companies.
