Whats The Difference Between Pasta, and Ramen

OMG, What like is teh difference between the pasta the pros eat, and the single ramen that couriers eat all over town? pls tell me.

Italians didn't invent pasta, Marco Polo discovered it in Asia and brought it back, and rice and buffalo to work in Italian padi fields, which is why Italians have buffalo mozzarella, think I've typed this more thanonce on this forum already.....

a yonug italian lady i work with recently asked my spanish girlfriend if she had ever eaten noodles, because she herself hadn't. not sure where she thinks pasta came from.

proper ramen noodles has to be made with mineral water with the correct PH balance and mineral content as in most things Japanese the process of making noodles is ZEN as to italian pasta De Cecco is far superior brand to Barilla
