Is a Pake 08 frame worth $200 bucks?

cause i found a guy that has two and wants to sell them for $500 for the set, but told me he's give em to me for a 4 spot.

it's just the frames and the forks. one is way small for me, the other is almost perfect.
what t do what to do...

whats the size? you can buy one, with no fork for 300$ on ebay...that sounds like a good deal
