is it buckwheat....or is that a differently named japanese noodle?
Italians didn't invent pasta, Marco Polo discovered it in Asia and brought it back, and rice and buffalo to work in Italian padi fields, which is why Italians have buffalo mozzarella, think I've typed this more thanonce on this forum already.....
