Hardly any. Protect the bike with a piece of Asbestos (found in most ironing boards) then just blast the shit out of the lock with the blowtorch till it cuts through, no need to be neat.
Although by Blowtorch you'd need something fairly big with an external gastank (oxyacetylene). Those hand held gas canaster things just wouldn't do it (although they're fine for fitting copper pipes and stuff). But then if you have a van to stick the bikes in you could just leave the tanks in there and run the tubes and gun out to the bit you want to cut.
