I'm asssuming this is your first ss?
ride it for a few months, see if you like singlespeed. Basically it's a cheap imitation, which will suffice for a while. You'll probably be able to sell it for as much as you paid. What most people do is (shock, horror) almost exactly the same thing, but with a higher spec starter bike (langster, fuji track, bianchi pista).
Eventually you'll probably find that the components wear out and it's too heavy. But if you dont, then it's the perfect bike*!
*i.e. you don't ride much or don't care

I bought the same bike different colour, and then did the research, realised it would probably fall apart on me so sold it after three days. Am now in the patience and research phase!
The rims were not even circular, so the brake pads rubbed on the tyre.
I just bought this SS bike on eBay for GBP 151,-
Is it worth the money?
