perfect end to a pretty perfect day, spain banish the germans, and the track day had glorious weather, we rode round like mad things, and I think I won something.
Congratulations to MikeC for having the strong legs, Hillbilly, for spinning like a mutha, and Teenslain for organising such a great shindig. Roll on september, time to find the pounds to build up a track bike.
Oh great turnout at the Prince Regent as well, we own that spot. Great weather, great riding, good drinks.. -

Absolutely awesome day. This one I'm going to remember for a while.
Mikec riding on top of his drops for the entire day and destroying the field.
The fantastic breaks made by adoubletap, Ed, Trampsparadise and Hillbilly in various races throughout the day, some timed better than others.
Holding Rob's wheel for the entire 15 laps of the 15 lap scratch race and therefore finishing in the front bunch.Cheers to Joe for organising, and like Ed said, bring on the next one.

VB good work on holding on in there with street gearing... maxing out on cadence just to stay on to a wheel. Really tough going.High five no punctures or falls.
Again i think i may be alittle drunk.

Thanks Joe to organising such a great day and everyone else who turned up. Absolutely great.
Won enough stuff to start building another bike! So thanks to all the sponsors too. Shame I had to leave the pub so early. I can tell you that the ride home from the pub in that gear was the hardest of my life. I am really really suffering now too. Can barely move!!!!
Roberto, that frame just rocks. I'm sure I wouldn't have done so well on one of the hire bikes. I think you had gone by the time the racing finished as I didn't see you. Did you get a chance to see the bike?
Perfect day nicely rounded off by Torres scoring the winning goal against Germany!
