i was rolling by herne hill on my way to sunday lunch and i saw a quite a few fixie riders... obviously. a few up brixton way, and even more right next to brockwell park. some gave a brief nod or a courteous smile, the others were just too cool for school.
once i get my riding skills on par with my numchuck and bowhunting skills, ima look forward to joining! hopefully ill get to meet some of ya.

Gutted I mised out on the great prizes but younger legs rulled the day.
Was chuffed to make the Kierin repercharge and even lead it until the last ten metres.
Great to see familiar faces. Thanks pyjamas for the support dude. South drinks tomorrow, my shout.
Hillbilly not only can you skid but you can spin like a Muther Farker.
I bet most are still getting pissed up to forget tired legs. -

Been home a little while now, awesome day dominated by Hillbilly and Mikec, time for me to hit the gym + track + get a bike that fits a bit better.
legs are pretty tired, managed to win a Keirin heat but was destroyed in the final!
There was talk of a re run in september and without wishing the summer away, bring it on!

Wish we could have made this as we intended (if only as spectators / helpers) but family commitments kept Caspar and I away....hope the Rollapaluza prize went to a worthy winner....I see two Rollapaluza CC members dominated....well done Mike and Hillbilly!!!!
