yeah, I can just picture that on one of *your *bikes! haha.
Clip on cages are everywhere, most cheap bottle & cage sets come with some clips from what ive noticed. If you go somewhere that isnt a bike shop, like a walmart asda, they usually have stuff like that.
Failing that, just clamp a regular cage onto your frame as others have already described.
But I would reccomend that you use some plastic cable ties, not hose clamps which could significantly damage your frame, and definetely damage paintwork.
